One stone two birds: electrochemical and colorimetric dual-mode biosensor based on copper peroxide/covalent organic framework nanocomposite for ultrasensentive norovirus detection

Norovirus (NoV) is regarded as one of the most common causes foodborne diarrhea in world. It urgent to identify pathogenic microorganism short time. In this work, we developed an electrochemical and colorimetric dual-mode detection for NoV based on excellent dual catalytic properties copper peroxide/COF-NH2 nanocomposite (CuO2@COF-NH2). For detection, can be directly detected by naked eye CuO2@COF-NH2 a laccase-like nonazyme using "peptide-NoV-antibody" recognition mode. The assay displayed wide quality linear range from 1 5000 copies/mL with low limit (LOD) 0.125 copy/mL. NoV, showed oxidation peak ion Cu+ Cu2+ was 1-5000 LOD 0.152 It's worthy note that does not need other electrical signal molecule, which provide stable sensitive electrochemial NoV. used detect foods faceal samples, has potential improving food safety diagnosing NoV-infected diarrhea.
